Here is a cheap travel tip in Korea.
I bumped into a foreigner at school and helped him out with sth that was easy for Koreans.
It got in my mind just write some tips for Korean travelers.
The first tip is for people with tight budgets.
In Korean McDonald's there are many coupons you can use through the app.
In your google play or iOS store (I am android), just type in McDonald's!
I'm not sure how it will pop up in other countries, but if you are in Korea, the one on the top is the app you want to download.
Although the rating is low, the coupon itself is very useful.
The start of the app is like so.
For the first week of January (2023), they have a 22000-wondiscount on BigMac!
To check out simply press Coupons!
If you press coupons, there will QR code and your number.
You you are new, You will have a welcome coupon.
Coupons that have yellow(gold) backgrounds are high discounted coupons and the white are soso ones.
And for some coupons, there is a specific time you can use them.
Also there are coupons only for DriveThroughs!
At the bottom of the page, there are food you can by with points.
To save the points, just simply scan you QRcode before you start ordering with kiosk (the ordering machine).
Or you can just ask the employee.
